ASAOA Meeting Minutes

A draft copy, of the un-approved “Current Minutes”, has been, and will continue to be E-mailed to each of us shortly after a given board meeting. The current board policy is: If you wish to submit any changes or additions, or discuss these minutes, you must do so in writing, or in person at the board meeting following the one you are questioning. An Agenda of each BOD Meeting will be E-Mailed to each of us at a legal interval prior to that meeting. The date, time, and location will be included with the agenda.
